ACASC Unites for the House Family

 

       Many students, several schools, and hundreds of people united to support one cause on October 02, at the Chick-fil-A in Cumberland. Students from across the county made posters, gathered donations, designed banners, and volunteered their time to help raise money for Haley House and her family. Haley House was a little girl who attended Northeast Elementary. Haley was diagnosed with cancer in January of 2012. Over the past two years, Haley faced many treatments and surgeries. Sadly, Haley passed away on Thursday, October 02. Even though Haley lost her battle against brain cancer, she won the hearts of many and will forever be remembered. The students of ACASC express our deepest and most sincere sympathies to the House family.
