Secretary/Treasurer: Thorne Lindsey

 

         My name is Thorne Lindsey, and I am currently a junior at Allegany High School. I've been involved in student council since the seventh grade at Braddock Middle School. Currently I am the Secretary for ACASC and the Evaluations Coordinator for MASC. Besides student council, I participate in FBLA, Mock Trial, and Envirothon. When I'm not studying for AP tests or meeting for my extracurricular activities, you may find me on my Minecraft online community. I'm still not exactly sure what my job title may be in the future, but I know I would like it to deal with finance in some way. This year in ACASC, I would like to get the middle schools more involved in ACASC. If students get involved in student council at the county and state levels of student council earlier, they will have a better idea of how the organizations run, and they will find new ways to improve the organizations.
